"PCH has worked with us taking care of our house for the past 2 1/2 years and they have been invaluable. Our situation is somewhat unique in that we live in London, and therefore don't have the ability to check on the house on a regular basis or to facilitate any fixes/work/etc... We knew that we would have a caretaker/manager that we could rely on fully, could correspond with, could execute works required on the house (from small scale to large) and most importantly, could trust. PCH has been great in this capacity. They check on the house once a week, facilitate anyone who needs to come and go, provide a first response with the alarm company and ultimately are our eyes and ears on the ground.
