PCH Refurbishes Hampton Showcase Home
In 2009, PCH completed a major refurbishment of a former Hampton Showcase Home in Southampton. The refurbishment presented PCH with a multitude of challenges and opportunities.
The home was built on "spec" (speculation) for sale on the open market. As with many spec homes in the Hamptons, the builders that were used had little experience.
